Paul’s Fried Spinach
Serves a lot!
Ingredients
- Grated parmesan cheese 
- Sea salt 
- 1 bag pre-washed fresh spinach 
- Peanut or canola oil for frying 
- Make sure spinach is all dry (why it’s best to buy pre-washed). 
- Heat your oil in a large pan. When a piece of spinach instantly sizzles when added to the oil, you're good to go. Depending on how much you are making, you may need to cook the spinach in batches. 
- Remove spinach with a slotted spoon and drain oil on paper towels and season with a little salt and parmesan cheese.
